We want you to love styling with Aesty. If the app didn't work for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans purchased through our website. This guarantee is a voluntary commercial offer and is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
You are eligible for a full refund under this voluntary guarantee if, within the first 30 days of your subscription, you have used fewer than 10 paid features. Paid features include virtual try-ons, wardrobe enhancements, and style searches.
This policy reflects our belief that if you haven't found value in the core features, you deserve your money back.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@aesty.ai with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your eligibility and process the refund promptly.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without any usage-based eligibility limit. This statutory right exists independently of, and in addition to, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement to support@aesty.ai before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.
Loss of the right of withdrawal. The Service is supplied as digital content and online services. By purchasing a subscription and accessing or using paid features before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you have used paid features during the 14-day period, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the part of the Service supplied to you up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal.
App Store purchases. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record and you must exercise your statutory right of withdrawal directly through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to refund App Store purchases on Apple's behalf.
Nothing in this Money-Back Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
